गाय और भैंस दोनों में अंतर ( Difference between both cow and buffalo )……….
- भैंस अपने बच्चे (पाड़ी) से पीठ घुमा कर उलटी तरफ बैठती है चाहे उसके बच्चे को कुत्ते ही क्यों ना खा जायें वह अपने बच्चे (पाड़ी) को नहीं बचायेगी, जबकि गाय इससे बिल्कुल अलग है क्योकि गाय के बच्चे (बछड़ी, बछिया) के पास अनजान आदमी तो क्या शेर भी आ जाये तो गाय अपनी जान दे देगी परन्तु जीते जी अपने बच्चे पर आंच नही आने देगी। इसीलिए गाय के दूध में स्नेह (abundant) का गुण भरपूर पाया जाता है।
- भैंस के दो बेटे(पाड़ा) बड़े होकर यानि दो झोटे (पाडे) एक गांव में मिलकर साथ में कभी नहीं रह सकते। उन दोनों का आमना-सामना होते ही एक दूसरे को मारेंगे, जेसे भाई-भाई का दुश्मन ! परन्तु गाय इससे बिल्कुल अलग है क्योकि गाय के 10 साण्ड इकट्ठे एक साथ रह सकते हैं, जो भाईचारे का प्रमाण है।
- भैंस को गन्दगी और कीचड़ ज्यादा पसंद है, वो हमेशा कीचड़ में लथपथ रहेगी जबकि गाय इससे बिल्कुल अलग है क्योकि गाय अपने गोबर पर भी नहीं बैठेगी वह स्वच्छता प्रिय है।
- भैंस को घर से 2 किलोमीटर दूर तालाब/नदी में छोड़कर आ जाओ तो बिना लाये वो वापस वह घर नहीं आ सकती क्योकि उसकी स्मरण शक्ति शून्य होती है। जबकि गाय इससे बिल्कुल अलग है क्योकि गाय को घर से 5 किमी दूर तक भी छोड़ दो तो वह चाहे घर का रास्ता भी नहीं जानती है, फिर भी वह आपके घर पर अपने आप आ जायेगी ! गाय के दूध में स्मृति तेज पाई जाती है।
- दस भैंसो को बान्धकर 20 फुट दूर से उनके बच्चों को छोड़ दो, उनमे से एक भी बच्चा अपनी मां को नहीं पहचान सकता जबकि गोशालाओं में दिन भर गाय व उनके बच्चे अलग-अलग शैड/जगह में रखते हैं, लेकिन जब सायंकाल सबका (गाय व उनके बच्चे से) मिलन होता है तो सभी बच्चे (हजारों की स॔ख्या में) अपनी-अपनी मां को पहचान लेते है और दूध पीते हैं, ये है गोदुग्ध की स्मरण शक्ति।
- जब भैंस का दूध निकालते (दुहते) हैं तो भैंस अपना पूरा का पूरा दूध दे देती है परन्तु गाय इससे अलग है क्योकि गाय अपना थोड़ा सा दूध ऊपर चढ़ा लेती है, और जब उसके बच्चे को उसके पास छोड़ेंगे तो उस चढाये हुए दूध को अपने बच्चे के लिए उतार देती है ! ये गुण (गाय) माँ के हैं जो भैंस मे नही हैं।
- गली में छोटे- छोटे बच्चे खेल रहे हों और वहा से भैंस भागती आ जाये तो बच्चों पर पैर अवश्य रखेगी लेकिन गाय इससे बिल्कुल अलग है क्योकि वहा पर गाय आ जाये तो कभी भी उन खेलते हुए बच्चों पर पैर नही रखेगी।
- भैंस में धूप और गर्मी सहन करने की सहनसक्नति नहीं कर है, जबकि गाय इससे बिल्कुल अलग है क्योकि गाय मई जून महीने में भी धूप में बैठ सकती है।
- भैंस का दूध तामसिक (जो तमोगुण से युक्त हो) होता है जबकि गाय का दूध सात्विक (सत्व गुण वाला) होता है ! भैंस का दूध आलस्य (सुस्ती और निकम्मापन) भरा होता है, आपने भी देखा होगा भैंस का बच्चा दिन भर ऐसे पड़ा रहेगा जैसेे अफीम या भांग खाकर पड़ा है, जब दूध निकालने का समय होता है तो मालिक उसे ठोकरें मारकर उठायेगा परन्तु गाय इससे बिल्कुल अलग है क्योकि जब दूध निकालने का समय होता है तो गाय का बछड़ा इतना उछलेगा कि आप उसकी रस्सी भी ठीक से खोल नही पायेंगे।
आप हमेशा यही कोशिश करो कि कम से कम एक समय (सुबह या शाम) को गौ माता (गाय) का दूध पियो।
